How we can help you!
Currently, our client base consists predominantly of corporate investors and we are therefore concentrating on the acquisition of properties, which suit the according requirements.
However, we are also able to offer a comprehensive service to the private investor to evaluate prime commercial properties.
If you like to use a company-structure to invest in property in New Zealand - an easy way to incorporate such a company is possible at AMICO NEW ZEALAND LIMITED.
If immigration to New Zealand by the investor is desired, please keep in mind that you could qualify under the business immigration category, by investing a specified minimum amount in a property or business in New Zealand.
Nothing comes for free,
your property will cost some money and the search for it too. Please fill in the following information form, with your investment criteria and contact details.
To make it easier for both of us, and not to bother you with "uninteresting" properties, please tell us as detailed as possible what's of interest for you:
When we find a property suitable to your requirements and you seriously contemplate to invest in this property and would like to implement our services, we require a formal contract and a non-refundable consulting fee of NZ$3,000 is payable, which will enable us, to thoroughly investigate the property as specified by you. Any costs related to engineers and valuation reports are to be paid by the prospective buyer.
If you enter a contract for sale and purchase of said property and this contract becomes unconditional, an additional service fee is payable, based on the contract value:
- up to NZ$ 5 million = 3% of the contract value,
- over NZ$ 5 million = 2% of the contract value.
In addition to all fees 12,5% Goods and Services Tax is payable.
If no purchase eventuates, no additional service fee will be charged.
For the ongoing management of the property in New Zealand, we charge a fee of 5% plus 12,5% GST of the net rental income.
For any questions you may have, please don't hesitate to contact us, either by e-mail, fax, mail or phone.
