Our commitment to privacy - Your privacy is important.  Amico International Limited has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm's commitment to privacy.  To better protect your privacy, this notice is provided explaining the online information practices and about the way your information is collected and used.  The following statement sets out our information gathering and dissemination practices for www.amico.co.nz.

The information collected - Our site uses online listing forms which ask you to give us contact information (like your name, address, phone number, email address and more), as well as other details we need to perform the services you requested.  Your information may also be used to contact you when necessary.  If you wish to change any information please contact us (see below).  This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on these web sites.

The way information is used The information you provide about yourself when requiring information is used only to complete that request.  Your information is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request.  We use your IP address for statistical information, to administer our web site and to gather broad demographic information of the clients from with people visit us and analyse this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user remain anonymous.

We read every e-mail message that comes to us and we also try to respond back within 24 hours of its receipt.  We save messages that we think might be needed if the customer would contact us back and we only keep e-mail addresses on file for our customer list.  We do not sell or give out e-mail addresses to companies, nor will we trade customer information with other companies.
