Consulting Contract with Amico International Limited

I/We have the intention to purchase a property in New Zealand and commission herewith

Amico International Limited

as consultant, to identify and investigate suitable properties as well as to assist with and streamline the overall process of the purchase, according to the services described in the information materials of Amico International Limited.

I/We acknowledge, that:

• a non-refundable consulting fee of NZ$3,000 is payable with signage of this agreement.
• a service fee is payable at the time a purchase contract becomes unconditional, based on the contract value
  
  
  • for a value below NZ$500,000 = a flat fee of NZ$ 15,000
    
    
  • for a value up to NZ$ 5 million = 3% of the contract value
    
    
  • for a value over  NZ$ 5 million = 2% of the contract value
  
  
• costs related to engineer's and valuation reports are to be paid by the prospective buyer

In addition to all fees 12,5% Goods and Services Tax is payable.

If no purchase eventuates, no additional service fee is payable.

Amico International Limited has reserved its right to reject a contract, the paid fee deposit will be refunded in full, and the contract is invalid.

For the ongoing management of the property in New Zealand, a fee of 5% plus 12,5% GST of the net rental income is payable.


In acknowledgement and agreement to the fee structure above, I/we transfer per SWIFT transfer the required consulting fee of $3,000 to the account of

Account No. 12-3165-0171610-00.

My/Our investment criteria are attached to this contract separate.
